Personality:
He's cheerful, and cheeky. He was quite timid, but thats solved now. He honestly does not care if people find him annoying, he's perfectly fine with it. Even though inside he's probably raging on about their faults. He has great tolerance though, but he gets annoyed if you note on the fact he's a bit short. Or if you comment on him, insulting him. He is self conscious so it would be best if you didn't insult him in any way. Because even if he would respond as if he didn't care, he actually takes it very seriously. He is a cry baby though you would never actually see him crying, he has perfected the art of crying without a sound. He is also quite clumsy, though he hopes to hide it.
He's enthusiastic, he speaks his mind, carefree and easy going. He tends to however divert subjects, and he gets distracted easily. He's innocent, though he has a sharp tongue. And he is cute, whether he likes it or not. Which is not. He is a grown man for goodness sake! Well, thats at least what he thinks.. He has a habit of ending his sentences cheekily with, 'You know!' When he gets the chance, though he doesn't do it with people he thinks are 'old' for fear he would touch a small nerve. He does look like a girl sometimes, well He's overly dramatic in certain situations. He's unconscious of a few of his mistakes, and believes he is always correct. Though he doesn't show it much, he gets bored easily and he's also lazy.
History:
Being the youngest of the Kirkland family, Peter honestly was not listened to. Especially when his mother and father got divorced, he wanted to go with his mother and Alfred. He truly and utterly did. He was incredibly attached to her, after all. Who isn't attached to their mother? Staying with his brother Arthur and his father did not do well for him. He well, he did not hate them. More like.. he held a mild dislike for both of them. Whining, being uncomfortable, difficult with his father until the point his father got so irritated he sent Peter to live with his aunt. Not his mother, but his aunt.
Peter had been bullied before in England, usually about his height or thick eyebrows in school. No one really ever took him seriously and he despised that. Being bullied did make his confidence shrink to a size of zero. Stuttering, blushing, and flinching when someone touched him or spoke to him was an often daily routine.
He did however, was granted a lovely scape goat. His father sent him to live with his aunt, which was if he was correct, he wasn't really good with locations. In the United States of America. New house. New school. New life. Correct? Ignoring the fact he wasn't with his mother, he got rid of his previous personality, before changing to his new one which was more... charismatic. He made friends easily, and actually was praised on his thick eyebrows which is when he found out the blushing act was still there.
Though he soon got tired of living in America. The air pollution made him get sick easily, as well as a few other things that annoyed him so. So he thought, if he worked his butt off would his aunt send him somewhere?
Well it was worth a shot. So as you know, he studied. He got good grades. And voila~! His aunt agreed to send him to the Swiss Alps. Not really what he had planned for, but it was a way out of the blasted country and to Switzerland. Oh how he loved the snow. Though then again his heart nearly froze when his aunt said that she wouldn't be going with him. How the heck was he supposed to get around then? But he quickly covered up his panic, he.. well.. he was a grown man after all. Right? He was extremely excited- and a bit oblivious to the fact he would be meeting both his brothers there as well.
Roleplay Sample:
Peter frowned at the electrical device, this blasted thing was annoying him till no end. He thought as he gripped the light blue Nintendo. 'Oh Rune Factory, how I love you yet your just so annoying some times', he thought bitterly as he mashed the buttons in a sad attempt to keep his health from lowering any further. Letting out a small sigh of frustration when his character twirled around in a circle before collapsing to the ground just before a funeral song played. The screen going pitch black before words appeared, 'GAME OVER. Would you like to try again?'
He quickly turned the thing off and placed it onto his desk, sliding it over to some place where it could not be seen for fear his aunt would come into his room soon. Hunching over his desk as his hand wandered back over to his pencil, gripping it in his hand as his eyes darted over the questions in the book. Answering them successfully to the best of his knowledge before he felt a something touch his shoulder. Flinching as his eyes widened, his head snapping behind. Making his whole body move with him, which in turn made his chair spin on its wheels around to the person. Letting out a small breath he didn't know he was holding before his eyes snapped back up to his aunt. Before flashing a small grin as he tucked a lock of his sandy light blonde hair behind his ear. "Anything I can help you with?" He asked. His eyes caught the small glance his old aunt made behind him, thank goodness he had turned his game off before she had came in.
"Peter, I just got your results in the mail today..." She said softly, as she let a small gentle smile out onto her face as she slipped a envelope into his lap. "You did very well." She said watching as Peter blinked before grinning. "Thanks!-" He was cut off in as she let out a small barely audible sigh. "Peter you have been doing well in your exams lately. And its been a long time since you went on a vacation-" Peter's eyes widened as he watched his aunt, his hands curling into fists as he bit his lip, trying to control the large grin on his face. By the time she was done explaining things, which he hadn't bothered to hear. He already knew how to read his Aunt, now he was just thinking of what place she would send him to.
"I've decided to send you to the Swiss Alps!" She said a bright smile on her face as Peter froze. Swiss Alps? Where was that? Wait.. Swiss... So.. Switzerland? Oh.. Oh! Switzerland! There was snow in Switzerland! He grinned, how he loved the snow. Never mind the fact he had never seen it that much. He would love to take a photo of snow. "B-But you see.." He blinked snapping out of his trance and his thick eyebrows furrowed together as he looked up at his aunt who had a small nervous smile on her face, his blue orbs laced with confusion as he waited for her to speak. "I don't think I can go with you..." She drawled out before noting that Peter was in fact a bit shocked before she grinned again. "Erm.. You should start packing! I'll leave you to do so!"
Peter winced at the loud bang the door made when it slammed closed, his aunt always had the habit of doing that. He let out a sigh, his aunt also had a habit of running away when things like this came up. He twirled around in his chair, before he slammed his foot down on the ground, trying to ignore the fact his feet could not reach the ground on their own. Stopping the chair in its place as he casted a small glance at the gaming device he had previously hidden behind his back pack. Well now was a good time to follow his aunts orders. "Time to get packing then.." He mumbled to himself, a bright grin sprouting on his face.
